• 5 garlic cloves (peeled & crushed)
• 1 cup raw honey
Instructions:
Place crushed garlic in a sterilized glass jar. Pour honey over it, ensuring all garlic is covered. Let infuse for 3–5 days before use.
Dosage:
Take 1 teaspoon daily in the morning during flu season. At first sign of illness, take 1 tsp every 4 hours.

Use 2–3 times daily for up to 3 days. Do not use if eardrum is perforated or if there’s discharge.

• 1 cup hot water

Instructions:
Crush garlic and let rest 10 minutes to activate allicin. Pour hot (not boiling) water over garlic. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add lemon or honey if desired.
Dosage:
Drink once daily. Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
